Regional Branch of Ma

Root divisions of street, residential area, organizational, educational institutes, etc. will act as a member of the Regional Branch of Ma. The members from the root division will elect the board and office bearers of Regional Branch of Ma.

Directors will guide and direct the office bearer of their department at divisional level. The president of all divisions will elect the president of the regional branch. Likewise the divisional office bearer of the concerned department will elect directors of respective departments. For instance the community service office bearers of all division will elect the director of community service.

Directors
The street or residential division of Ma’s board members and office bearers will gather once in a month to discuss their action and to plan further actions for the coming month. Each and every office bearer will explain the achievement of concerned department. This is vital in Ma’s monthly meeting.

Regional meetings
The regional monthly meeting will be carried out in the same fashion of the divisional monthly meeting. In addition a learned person will lecture on the mission and vision of Ma. Inspirational orators should be made use of, to inspire and motivate the Ma members. Members of Ma should be encouraged to speak on their experience and participate in the knowledge sharing. Such meetings can be conducted either in the local school premises or even under the shades of trees. The main criteria is that meetings conducted must be simple but informative and effective.

Integrated Mass Prayer Meet
Ma organizations should integrate all religions and conduct mass prayers in their meetings.

Identification Badge
The round Ma badge should be pinned on the shirts near the heart of the members.

Ma sign Board
The members of Ma should place sign boards of Ma. It will tell the visitors that the residents are kindhearted people.

How to address Ma members?
The Ma members will address their fellow members with Ma preceding their names. For example: Ma Kumar, Ma Lakshmi, Ma Victor, Ma Razak.
